Yes you can wear the Watch Now while exercising. Please keep in mind that most versions have a genuine leather wristband, which will wear out faster if you keep it on while exercising.
All orders ship for free within the Netherlands and Belgium. Please allow 3 business days for your shipment to arrive. For international orders you can see the specific shipping rate when completing your order. * Shipment arrival times do not include weekends & holidays.
Yes, we ship internationally. Please allow 5-10 business days for your shipment to arrive, based on shipment destination. * Shipments to some international destinations will potentially experience delays in being processed through customs and/or require payment of import taxes.
Yes, after you placed an order on The Watch NOW website you will receive a mail with a tracking link from PostNL.

Cancel policy
If you want to cancel your order :
• Please send an email to hello@thewatchnow.com within 1 working day after having made the order.
• However, it is possible that the order has already been processed and shipped, in that case we can no longer reimburse the return costs.
If you want to change your shipping address please send us an email on hello@thewatchnow.com as soon as possible and we will try to change your shipping address manually before it is send out.
The refund will be transferred back to the same bank account as you placed your order with within 15 working days.
